1. Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available yet.
2. What are the shipping options and costs? Our US delivery options:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (free on orders meeting the minimum threshold)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (if below free shipping threshold)
The exact free shipping threshold is shown clearly at checkout.
3. How long does delivery take?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Tracking number is sent via email once your order ships.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders. The minimum spend is displayed automatically at checkout.
5. What is your return policy? We want you and your pet to love every item. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Full details on our Returns page.
6. How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number and link via email after shipping. You can also check the status in your Pawlissea account under “My Orders”.
7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
8. Are your products safe for pets? Yes! All our products are made with pet-safe, non-toxic materials. We carefully select durable and comfortable items suitable for daily use. Please check product descriptions for specific features.
9. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email (support@pawlissea.com) or live chat. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before shipping.
